Dont want it to mess up my chances when my credit score is high enough to get a card with them

Hi and welcome to the forum
There is no hard, it's just a SP preapproval form and it cannot mess up your credit.
Try again later when your credit improves somewhat
Ok just dont want them thinking my wife was using my social.. And dont want this mess up hurt me from getting a card with them .
Since you were just seeing if you were pre-approved I do not believe it will be an issue. Most CC sites have a disclaimer which states that "this is not an application for credit" and "this will not affect your credit scores". Since you were not applying for credit I do not see much if any damage you could have caused towards a future application.
Thank you it was my mistake i should of went over everything before i hit submit i was not thinking... just dont want them thinking my wife was using my social since it was submit with her name
Did you try a pre-approval with the correct information?
yes same answer came up... we could not find pre qualified offers for you at this time
I had no pre-approved offers when I applied. I do not know what your credit profile looks like but my FICOs scores were in the 690s - 710s when I applied and was approved.
I'm at 630 fico... so i shouldnt worrie about the mistake since it was not a hard pull?
I would not worry about it. It was an innocent mistake that can be easily explained if need be.
