The Amex pre approve site is not working properly it doesn't matter what you write it alway gave thethe same cards I will never trust them

What does the message say? If it says "we recommend" then it's not a true prequal.

Works well for me, even better for my girlfriend. Recommended cards based on my interests because I'm not actually prequalified for a card. It congratulates her on pre approvals for delta, bce, and bcep. Which kind of makes me sad.

Tl;Dr it's because you're not preapproved.
