AoYA is about to dip - Should I add a CC too?

I got two new cards in June (and closed another in July). My plan was to garden for at least 6 months, but it didn't occur to me that refinancing my auto loan would result in a "new account" and reset my AoYA to 0, and this will occur in just a few days. My question is, should I just move up my card application to now, and then garden until next year? I'm looking at the Amazon store card (I'm over 5/24 for Chase). For the record, I did the SP application for the Apple Card last week and was approved for $6,500 (@17.99%). I have not pulled the trigger on it, but would rather decline for the Amazon card since I'll get more use out of it. Also want to add that the refinance was a preapproval on an SP and there will be no HP (DCU). Most of my current inquiries were for my original auto loan last October.

AoYA resetting to 0 when you are currently at 2m shouldnt impact your scores. If you want the Amazon card, then go ahead and app. Good luck
