Thinking about further rolling the dice with Chase and looking for some input. I'm specifically curious about 12njoy and ddemari's thoughts on this since you both have had great luck with Chase and far outside what most would consider having a chance INQ wise and new account t wise. My relatively easy other than verification back to back approvals on their co-branded cards make me wonder if I might not have a shot at further approvals. Apped United Explorer on 10/3 and approved after verification on 10/8 or 10/9. Apped IHG the same day and approved in a few days again with verification both at 15k. Had two previous apps still live at the time but 7 to 10 day because EQ was frozen didn't bother with those. I currently have two dead in the water because of EQ freeze apps in for Disney and Amazon. I have a targeted 50k points offer from Hyatt that's better than what's on Chase's site currently. I'd like to go after that one. AARP card might be of interstate as well. Ideas on strategy to go after these and when? Have 16 new accounts showing and all are no older than 6 months. 3 to 4% UTIL on 146k in lines showing, 17 INQ on EQ and 18 on EX. EX at 698 and EQ at 684 and 120k income. There must be something Chase likes about my profile.
congrats on your UA and AARP cards! so u have like 4 apps that were in the mix from Chase this Month?
I have managed to get 10 cards from chase without being denied, but I never apped for more than 2 in one month. Twice I did two apps in one month but one was start of month and the other was at the end of the month. I think trying to get approved for 3 cards in one month from chase is risky but it has happened. If you can wait like 10 more days, id app in the start of November.
Actally it was United and IHG apped on 10/3 and 10/9 both approved. At the time I still had apps in but dead in the water for Freedom and CSP due to EQ freeze. Those went in towards the end of Sept. I never would have gotten them anyway with all my new accounts so it's just as well. Would like the 50k Hyatt targeted offer I have and maybe Disney and AARP. I have dead in the water apps in for Amazon and Disney but again had EQ frozen. Not sure if Chase even considers apps held up due to a frozen report active unless you unfreeze and call in. Is it the nu,be of apps done in a calendar month or 30 day period? Should I wait unto the current dead in the water ones fall out of their ssystem or just wait until we get into November and go for two at once with EQ and EX available and let the chips fall where they may. Hyatt, Disney and AARP are probably what I'd like to chase down and in that order.
I will have to let someone else chime in on the dead apps with chase because I havent experienced that before. chase has never pulled EQ for me, its always experian and transunion and ive never applied with a freeze on my CR's.

Where are you located geographically? I'm thinking here on the east coast it's the EQ EX combo for the most part. For IHG it was EX only and I don't think I've seen anyone get pulled on anything but EX for that one. The dead apps I have in have me stumped don't know if they need to clear out first. They didn't seem to factor in my United and IHG decisions but they were put in early October and the two apps with EQ on ice were late Sept.
A lot of movement in this list of cards, cards not in your siggy yet.
Congratulations on the approvals. Could you list out the Chase cards you do have and their CL, and the month you obtained them (or if they are still stalled) ? It's a little difficult to get a good understanding of all the apps from the text.
