I finally received an e-mail but it didn't help too much. Come on citi! The suspense is killing me, lol!
Shoot! citi called the home phone today. It was automated. My wife tried to go through the automated prompts until it said they were going to transfer her to a live rep. I was at Knott's Berry Farm with the kids. I'll call tomorrow.
Called citi today (Monday 02-13) and after being on hold, was then transferred to another department. Then, after I got through to that department, I was given another number that I needed to hang up and call. That third rep said to just wait for a letter in the mail which will give me a number and a code to call to further process my application. Good grief. She said the letter was only first mailed this morning, Monday. Long wait ahead! lol. I did get an alert today from Experian that Equifax reported a new inquiry from CBNA (why today for the first time?). I'll report as I find out more but it might be looking like citi only pulls EQ? I live in CA. I hope so, as I have a baddy that only shows up on my EX.
Citi is known to double pull for alot of people depending.. Always plan on double and hope for a single with Citi...
Best of luck. CNBA only pulls EX in NY, well, at least, in my case, they did. With the exception of my Cap1, I've only had EX pulled for all my credit apps. Cap1 tried all three but I had EQ frozen.
hoping for a positive outcome for you @ptatohed 😊
Well, I received a letter from citi today but I don't think this is the letter I was told about during my phone call on 02-13. This letter is dated 02-10, the day after I originally applied so it probably was auto-generated and sent out. Still waiting...... lol
Super, super stoked. I got my approval tonight 02-22. I finally got the letter with the reference #. They would not talk to me on the phone without that reference #. $7500 limit.
