What are my chances to get approved for the amex green card
I have 2 secured credit cards for a month. I have 2 hard inquiries on my credit and no negatives of any sort.
What is your EX Fico score? Any other accounts besides the two new cards? What is your current utilization?
Ex is 670. No other accounts that report to credit and current utilization is 0%.
Score, (assuming that's Fico), and util are likely good enough. But if all you have is two one month old accounts, your odds are not good.
Thanks for your input. Could someone else let me know what they think?

Hahaha... this is another reason I love this forum.
Anyways, I agree with CAPTOOL. If your only tradelines are a month old then I see your odds of approval as low. Your score is borderline for the lower end of Amex approvals and if you had a thicker file, it would probably be ok. However, with such a thin file, you are risking a denial by apping.
How long have you guys been involved in the world of 'credit' ?

My Amex cards say Member since 80.
I have only been following since about 2012. Nobody here can give you concrete numbers on what your odds will be. However, for many of us who participate a lot on this forum, we read about the experiences of others as well. Your question is something that is seen on these boards a few times a day. Amex and Chase, in my opinion, are the two hardest CCCs to get in with if your report is thin. Generally, we see greater odds of approval once your AAoA hits 6 months.
Like I said, all we can do is share our experiences and what we read about on this forum and many others. Our 'resumes' as you requested are as simple as that. If you do apply, good luck. However, there is a very good chance you will be wasting a HP.
