Got preapproved for the Rewards card using the direct link you provided ($12K@11.24%) but for me the card has no value so I'm not willing to burn a HP to try to confirm whether or not the georestriction is waived.

Can't say that I blame you but that's a pretty nice limit for BBVA.

Did your prequal offer you a SUB? Normally there is a $100 SUB for $1500 in 90 days but I didn't see it on the prequals and was wondering if that's because I'm an existing cardholder or if they are dropping SUBs from the prequal.

I also just noticed on my app today for BBVA there is now an option to check my rate for an express personal loan. This was not even there yesterday.

It takes you to a link that prepopulates a reservation code for you to check for prequalify.

Yeah I'm not really impressed... APR is 4% higher than minimum and the limit is *yawn*

The good news though is that the tool seems to have been expanded to all of their markets finally.

I got the same terms on the ClearPoints too. I suppose this bodes well for me getting a CLI if I'm willing to take the HP at least.
