BOA Secured Early Graduation **Update**

hi guys not sure if i went about this the right way. my BOA Secured hit 5 months and the CLI button appeared! i requested 3k and then got the 7_10 day message, and an alert on my TU. is this  a good sign?

Update 14-Aug-17: Well I guess I was not patient enough! I logged into my account today to make sure my payment went through and I noticed my BOA savings had an extra 99$ in it.  I clicked on my account and I see that my credit limit on my Rewards Card had increased to 1000$ and 99$ was deposited into my savings. 

I have had the card for 6 months (actually it was 6 statements), PIF every month.  The highest balance I have had had was about 300 $, some months I waited for the statement to cut before I paid and other months I would PIF prior to the cut. 

Only thing is the limit is so low....My highest card is Chase United Club at 20,500$, I guess I should not be greedy! Thanks Guys

It's been 13 months for me and I have seen the button for a few months. I didn't want to hit it because I didn't want the HP without knowing that my CLI would increase and unsecure. I called last month and talked to a rep. He told me that when someones file is ready to be reviewed for unsecure status he can see it. He didn't see one for me. Guess I will keep waiting until something happens because I can't afford that HP. Might even close it by December if no update.

I believe the way it usually happens is the card is unsecured and then you may get a CLI.

Have you heard back from them? I've heard of people getting unsecured at 5 months with a hp.

I got same 7 to 10 day message and got limit raised to 1000 and my 99 dollars back later that day.  Also got a HP on TU.

Hope everything works out for those who attempted this... if only Citi would do the same so I can either get rid of this dead weight or have a decent card.

After 5-6 months I saw the button show up applied didn't hear so I called and the unsecured it refunded the 99.00 and raised me to 1k

I need to call BOA.  I have had my secured for a little over a year now and never got an auto increase and do not want to click the button. Does anyone know if it is a hard pull to call and request graduation? My scores have gone up, utilization good so I'm ready. I want the cash awards.

lol. 14 months here. I don't want the HP either.
