Comenity reduced my Ultamate Rewards CL in February due to a payment that was about 16 days late. I called their backdoor number (1-800-303-1368) today. The csr increased my limit back to $1250. I'll call quarterly or so from now on to get Comenity CLIs.

Another bump. I had an incorrect transaction on my Best Buy Visa account. Best Buy Visa CSRs were unhelpful despite multiple calls. After an hour on different calls with no resolution, I called the number listed for Citi Retail EO (Citi Retail Banking EO: 866-336-7285) and a lovely rep was able to credit me for the incorrect transaction. She also gave a $25 courtesy credit for the hassle.
