I have a this card for 1.5 years and have a CL of $2500, I tried to request for a credit line increase after 6 months online and the system is giving me a increase of only $300 so I refused the offer.. why would they give me a only $300 increase?
I also have a chase with a CL of $3400 and a score of 731 with 100% monthly payments, if that matters
Because it is Crap one and they are stingy, sorry not a fan of them.
Kidding aside what was your intial SL, if it was low you may be bucketed with this card and them and will not see very high CLIs.
It was actually my first card that I had applied with a SL of $300 but my CL got auto increased eventually from $500 and then to $2500
Yes you are probably bucketed and it will not grow very high......
Calling them will do you no good
The only way to get a CLI from them is to put some heavy use on the card for around 3 months
If you have cards that offer better rewards than cap one, it's not worth it

I read in the news that Cap1 is reacting to the current world economic issues. It won’t just be Cap1, but other lending/cc companies as well.
