I've reviewed your account and unfortunately we're unable to upgrade your card to Quicksilver card.
What best I can do for you is that upgrade your card to QuicksilverOne and provide you half of the credit for your current annual fee. That'd be $9.50. Fine?

Try try again. Don't give up!
Yeah it was a failed attempt. But their rep tried passing them off as the same card, and then the supervisor agreed he misled or was trying to be sly with his wording.
The supervisor offered half of the annual fee discount and still a QS1 and not QS.
I will wait a few weeks or a month and try again. This is getting exhausting and then have them try to lie about the card being the same is just mind blowing.
Maybe I'll try to send an email to EO with the chat transcripts and see if something different can be done in regards to that.
I would send a copy of the transcript to the EO and they can verify it and probably give you compensation in the form of a QS or statement credit....
