I went to the Cap One Chat today and switched my Venture One to a Quicksilver. Was fairly easy, and would be done within 3 days.
Was able to keep the same CL, APR, and miles will switch to cashback points. Have not been flying as much, so made sense.
Hope this helps.
Thanks for sharing and good job!! Enjoy it.

Thanks my Friend.
I just did this night before last....my Quicksilver will be the Signature Visa....just as my Venture One.

I thought Quicksilver was Mastercard only. I just PC'd from Platinum to Quicksilver and it is a Mastercard.

The quciksilver one with annual fee is a Mastercard.
From everything I have read in these boards...if your Venture One is a Visa, your PC'd Quicksilver will be a Visa. My card number will remain the same (which is a Visa number) If your Platinum or QS1 is a MasterCard, then your PC'd card will be Mastercad. Not sure about WMC or WEMC designation. Those designations appear to be based on the credit line....as in $5,000 credit line would be Signature Visa or WMC Mastercad. No idea how you get a WEMC. ☺. Also, I have read that all new applications with Cap 1 will be Mastercards. Hope this helps!
