Reason for these still a student and was unemployed for a few years, but that doesnt make a difference to creditors, I have tried goodwill getures to get rid of them and used BBB and CFPB. 

I have 3 open lines of credit

Capital One Secured Card limit- 200, since Jan of this year, never missed a payment

another account since 2011 limit 1k, never missed a payment

I was just approved for a car loan 1 month ago 12k+, I have made my first payment

What are my chances?  Also they asked me to send my DL and copy of my SSN for verfication purposes

If they are asking you to send in proof of identity, I'd assume that you're already approved. However, like others have posted, you will probably get the QS1, not the QS.

So I called them today and I still don't have a decision.  They did say they recieved my documents for verfication though.  And I applied for the Quicksilver One with a annaual fee of 39 dollars or something.

When I had to send them proof of income I think it took a week or two. I'd expect that for your situation as well.

I had a fraud alert placed on my credit.  But I faxed my verfication documents SSN and DL on the same day of my appication which was on saturday

1 guy said: the verification process takes up to 24 hours

another said: 10 business days total for verication and approval

last person said 15 business days for total vericaitona and approval

I also have a fraud alert and they never requested docs. OP I am sure you are approve! Hopefully you hear something in the next week!

I called today and they said there systems are down....

What are the chances that I would get approved for the Discover It Card for students(im in college)

So I called again today and they still have not made a decision.  They said 15 business days max, I applied on Aug 2nd so I guess there deadline would be Aug 22 and if I was approved I would recieve my card by the end of this month or first week of sept.  I asked if they can expediate my card delivery but said they cannot because it would be the first card. 

I guess ill call them on the 22nd and see what they say.

I have a secure card with CO and applied for QS and was denied but I emailed the EO who was very nice I might add and got approved, not sure if that had anything to do with it but afterwards my secure card AF was waved and my QS was reduced.  

So that might be something to look forward to if you get approved.

Did you apply for the quicksilver or quickslivler one?

What did you say to the EO?

I guess ill wait till the 22nd to call.  I would think if I would be approved it wouldn't take the full 15 business days, but if I was denied it shouldn't take long either.  So im thinking the duration has nothing to do with it.

Just wish I had my decision already.
