That doesnt make sense. Your payment was made back in January 2016. Call them back and ask for a supervisor. Tell them the payment was made back in January, which they should have this on their records and they reported it being paid on 12.1.16. I dont think their CSR fully understands what you are telling them.
I just want them to report my paid CO as it did on my credit report that was used for my morgage, not the new one. I dont even know how to get them to understand that without mailing them copies.
The new reported info will not fall off for another 7 years, instead of the 10 months left.

+1
I agree with this, and I would be afraid that the more time you let pass before the CRA issue is dealt with the harder it will be to get it corrected.
I would also call them back (now) and insist that the issue you're calling about has nothing to do with their internal reporting of your paying the old account... there's a new problem with the CRAs due to their "internal" activity, and you need it corrected ASAP.
I mean, at this point the new card and Chase's internal reporting is the least of your concerns - that's Chase's problem - but now they've created a new problem for you... and I would make sure they understand that.
Good luck however you decide to move forward.
(Note: There are some really CRA-savvy people who hang out in the 'General Credit' and 'Rebuilding' sub-forums (they really know the nuts-and-bolts of the regulations)... if you want, a mod can move this thread there to get more CRA-related feedback. You can let any of them know, or let me know here and I'll notify them for you.)
I dont think im going to rock the boat yet. Im going to try and use it to my advantage first.
My CR included in the application for the Credit Card doesnt show any charge off. My scores are very high.
When the payment info updates, i'll Recon again. If I get approved, then I will call and try and get my CR corrected.

The fall off date is 7 years from the DOFD, so its 10 months and that hasnt changed.
So this is wrong? Only TU is being reported correctly
When Chase's internal system recorded the payment date of 12/2016 and reported it, the correct status would indeed be CO for the entire time until paid off... and you're correct that makes it look current.
That's why your score took a nosedive. I'd give them a chance to fix it as they suggest they will, if they can't you dispute it, and if it's still there and you have the payment paperwork, CFPB it. If a mistake was made everything is on your side, it'll be a PITA to deal with but you have the winning hand.
