Re: Chase Southwest Mailer Question -

Correct, the pre-selected (mailer) offers are not necessarily solid to bypass 5/24.  In-branch pre-approvals or the black star ones (with non-spread APRs) are more solid for bypassing 5/24.  So, as @CreditCuriosity mentioned above, it'll be a gamble if you decide to go for it regardless of the pre-screened language and solid APR.  Typically, whether pre-selected (or pre-qualified online) the opt-out language is a lender disclosure requirement.

Re: Chase Southwest Mailer Question -

I just saw a first instance in that other thread of someone getting card SW card closed for too many new accounts.
You might get approved, but based on your previous threads (lots of activity), I'm not certain your card would survive a secondary review, especially if this is your first Chase account.
They kinda goofed up, then there were links we cannot discuss here, so I think Chase has pitchforks out for the time being.
If they truly want you as a customer, they will continue trying. I'd wait.
Of course, the possibility of nothing bad happening is a is always there.

I would agree. OP I just think with all your recent activity, I would hold off.
