+1 .. from what i understand every one of the apps that require verification, also require a more experienced analyst to either approve/deny it. on my most recent verification call with them (APR 2016), the rep even stated "i'm strongly recommending your application for approval", which i hadn't heard from chase before, to me specifically. i'd expect any recommendation from them to have words like "Card-o-holic" peppered in there lol however, that same card was also my highest starting SL from chase, $15k. i don't know all this for certain since i don't work there, but just what i've been thru, which was enough to work thru their network of webs. for all i know they're asking a toy magic 8 ball if they should approve us because their results can be that random sometimes lol yet i'm obsessed with trying to decipher it

Also your score can vary heavily with chase, my EX Fico 8 was 731 on approval and with their internal risk scale it showed 652 on approval letter.. I'm guessing because I don't have a previous card with them.

that never occurred to me until now when you just articulated it. I think you're definitely right. my EX Fico 8 was 665, but their letter had 681. i had 3 other cards with them at the time of that app. i love when i get on here and walk away with another nugget. you rock creditplz!

Of course! My SL is only $2000, but I'm ok with that. My EX score is only 649. I'm thankful they are giving me a chance. I also wanted to add that I am well over the 5/24 rule.
