Also, they're showing a 20.49% APR on my offer for the CSP, is y'alls similar?
Yep. Same here.

If you have a green check mark on your offers tab it is a solid preapproval whether you are 5/24 or 20/24. The only way it would change is if something drastically changed on your credit files since they did the SP for the pre approval.

Does anyone know the criteria for breaking the 5/24 rule? Obviously, current customers are receiving the offers. Is it based on having an established positive relationship with Chase?

YES, based on your relationship with Chase.

Hmm.. interesting. I'll break out of being over 5/24 in June this year. I wonder if that would set me up with better terms for an approval. I've been off the forums recently, so this is all brand new to me!!
During the CSR frenzy (when it was still 100K sign up bonus) people were going in-branch to check for a pre-qual, many did not have a exisiting relationship.

I'm glad you see it that way. I can't agree more.
I have the CSP and Regular Freedom offers right now. But I honestly don't need them. I had the Slate offer 6 months ago and took it. At that time I was around 17/24. Approved for $6200 instantly. 3 months later closed it and put the limit on my CFU.

You must have a stronger profile than I because Chase wouldn't do that for me between my Slate and Freedom... I haven't tried in a while though...
I do have a stronger profile than you do, that's why I was approved and you were not.
I made sure there were no transactions for 30 days, called Chase, requested to transfer my limit to my FU. It took less than 3 minutes.
No if's and's & but's.
