IME, not as long as you'd think. Possibly file dependent as well.
There's only one way to find out! I burned them for roughly 100 times of what you did.
I was just approved for my 3rd account with them a few days ago. Me thinks 🤔, they'll eventually let you back in. I got back in 6 years after burning them.
I guess YMMV. My husband and I included Citi in our BK discharged 05, I am still after 13 years on their blacklist. It's weird I got a Macys which is the store co branded card from Citi and my husband got the Home Depot card cobranded of Citibank. Now he can't get any other cards, if he applys for cobranded he gets a HP and they state he had a previously account etc. and if he applies for a crediit card from Citi they pull a HP and deny for a medical collection he currently has on report. I got denied for Home depot because of previously delinqent account with them after HP of course but hubby gets it??? All citi cards I get HP and denied for kinda bogus reasons inquries age of accounts etc.
Citibank is very very weird lol
I'm not sure where exactly where I'd stand with Citi; I burned them in my 2014 Chapter 7 on a $3K Best Buy store card (which was transferred to them from Capital One in the fall of 2013, not too long before I filed for BK). The kicker is that my BK filing also included a $100K+ condo mortgage with Citimortgage, so I'm not sure whether they'd consider taking a loss on secured debt together with unsecured debt. If they do, I guess I'm pretty much out of luck with Citi as far as cards go for the foreseeable future; if not, I might consider their Costco card at some point in the future.
I burned Citi as well back in 10/2010.
I have the Citi Costco because it was changed from AMEX. Home Depot card was denied around 2016 but approved this weekend for $10k. Still can't get a CLI on the Costco which sits at $1.2k...go figure lol

I've read elsewhere that while the Citi Costco Visa is easier (not easy) to get for post-BK people, it's pretty much impossible to get it CLI'ed from the SL, at least until your bankruptcy drops off your report.
