Burnt Citi for quite a bit back in 2010 - recently got approved for their thank you card with a 3k limit.

At one point i thought that was their entry card? But didnt want to go for it after the Home Depot denial.

If I were going to go for a Citi card it would be DC or TY premier

I don't know if this means anything, but I checked Citi's pre-qualification site just now. No offers, as I expected, but they suggested the Costco card, as they do everytime I've tested that site.

I've never had any prequalified offers either but I know some places you never really get them but would be approved for any card if cold Apping. It's odd but I've seen that alot here.
