Yeah their doing it again.
It's been a few months since i last ordered anything thru Overstock. Well this month they didn't report in the week they normally do OR the week after. This is a classic tactic Comenity uses to force a PUSH to use that card. I guess i can see their point. They have agreements with certain many retailers and they want a steady useage flow and when you go something like 90 days without a purchase/sale (at least on my Overstock) they withhold reporting after that month or months until a new useage triggers.
Interesting concept i have to admit. I since made some new purchases to get the reporting back on track again,
What drama ![]()

I push a $1 payment from my bank monthly to the Comenity card I'm not using. They report monthly.
Yeah i read that's a workaround to get them to report for that month.

I'm closing iconfort tomorrow. Granted I was using them a little bit just a little bit for some padding which when I SCT it earlier this year. And padding I don't need anymore and this card is definitely not one u will whimsically use. I got ripped off on buying a pillow they were selling for like 160 and I found it at SAMs for 40 dolllars and Amazon too.
I was in Sams today thanking Synchrony for my recent new $10K limit. LoL
While their not a Walmart by any stretch you can find some really attractive markdowns of items sold elsewhere at incredibly higher markup, that i agree wholeheartily on.
The differences in cost and savings can be breathtaking. I especially liked this little surprise today ![]()

Oh they are definitely giving me that shoulder too! It's been a while since they reported on a few of my cards and its not like I am totally not using them just not needing something for a few months lol
I think it's a mixed bag on the whole reporting for some of their cards. For instance, I can purchase and PIF within the same statment cycle and the cards will report accordingly - this is mostly on the Comenity Visa/MC/Discover branded ones. Sometimes J Crew, Elder-Beerman and/or A&F are hit or miss whether I let a balance report or PIF in mid-cycle. No biggie IME of course since it has not much effect on the scoring aspect nor need the CLs to report but it's interesting to gauge their odd reporting methods.

for sure. i acutally don't care one way or the other how they report. I just like to generate some statements therefore try to use the cards I have with them.
FinStar its a total mixed bag! best way to phrase it!!!
I'm in the same boat with Commenity. My overstock and Jcrew haven't reported in 2-3 months, but have 3-4 months prior to that...does this have any impact on score lets say jcrew and OS not reporting for X months?
