Yeah I did the same thing and got my account locked. It takes about a half hour or so for the system to realize you are actually a member. Typical government-owned computer system ..lol 

Still pending here. Grats to Flores. I'm going to decline any offer under $10k CL since I don't need the hit to my AAoA for anything less.

That happened to me last night. Today easily able to access it and also to the same PENDING.... status. They must be surely overwhelmed with a rush of new applicants and that's likely the reason for any delays. And theres surely more to come their way for them LoL

My GF just applied earlier today. She is fine with the "REFERRED" status but I have no patience. We did a chat session and the woman took about 5 minutes to "push" her app through and said we should know within the hour.

I believe it was credit union that was handing out 10-15-20k credit cards like hotcakes only to wind up closing most of them after the myfico members flooded them with apps.  I think.

I believe the flood gates are wide open.  I bet they are wondering why they are getting such a spike in CC applications lol.  Still in pending status for 6+ hours now.  Weird how some people instant approvals granted excellent credit and some people pending status also that have excellent credit as well and well the between people in the high 6's like myself.

So I was instantly approved for the membership, but when I tried to log in I got the issue that my email address was recently updated. The password I used during the member application was not the password I needed to login

I'm on the phone waiting to speak to someone now, only 3 ahead of me!!

The nice CSR told me that I would be receiving an email later when my application (for membership only) has been reviewed and they would send me a "welcome kit" email with my account/member number and temporary password to log in.

I just chatted with them and I asked why my account was pending, and they said it would take 2-3 days for it to be reviewed by somebody. No instant decision with a 750 score?......

These poor CU's have no idea what hit them ...all it takes is one thread in the approval forums with a title like $30K 680 FICO HOLY CRAP CU! 

Bam next thing they know they're handing out new accounts faster than JP Morgan Chase.
