Hello Everyone!
I came across past posts whether this has been hit or miss and you either get a CLI or you do not. I applied for this request on April 11th (31 days from when I got the email congratulating me on my March 8th double dip CLI) at 9:30ish PM and then saw the message above. On April 8th (31 days from my last CLI, I got the "Insufficient Experience With Current Limit") and then called on the 10th to speak with a credit analysts and he mentioned Discover's policy changed from reviewing every 3-6 months for CLIs to every 12 months and this happened very recently. This gentleman was very kind, pleasant and told me that since it is a SP, I can request a CLI until I am blue in the face and it's typically their system that grants the increases based on your credit report and other factors. He also mentioned they moved away from having a human review your CLI request because then it becomes personal and due to the economy they have had to shift how they do things.
Question for you, should I wait until after tomorrow to follow up Wednesday or Thursday to call and speak with someone about this? Or should I leave it alone, keep the card PIF and request a CLI in May after the statement closes on April 23rd?
Update 4/16/2020: I called a CLI Specialist directly, she had a lovely voice. She reitereated that Discover just adopted a new policy to wait until accounts are 1 year old (this varies with the market and can change next month or in a few months; it just varies) before approving CLIs but since I recently got a CLI after 3 months then I am probably exempt from that rule so she advised that they'd like to see a little more experience with my new CLI at least 60 days is what they typically ask just to make sure that consumers can handle the CLI. So my plan is wait until my statement cuts and try again on May 8th and then again June 8th. I have shifted to spending at least $2,000 on the card every month so maybe they may bump be up from $1K to $2K. Let's see. Stay tuned

Under review is a good sign
Good luck. I requested a CLI for disco and got no soup. There is something in my profile that makes her swipe left everytime.
Not sure what you mean but it's 3-6 months after you get the card and after 6 months it's every 31 days. I heard requesting every 60 days will garentee a CLI more than every 31 days.

Requesting every 60 days does not gaurentee anything. Disco cli are as random as a lottery draw.
Under review used to spell good chance at success. As of late its really a toss up . Ive found if your cli isnt instant , best to try again later.
Hoping the best for you! Keep us updated.
So Congrats?
