This was the message I received yesterday. System generated as credit services was closed. I called regular customer service who said I needed to speak with credit services

They did a SP once I entered my name and social but I don't know what bureau that was on but it wasn't EQ. Then after I submitted application, they did a HP. The SP was to verify identity according to their application instructions which says they'll electronically verify your identity. I had 8 HP'S on TU and FICO score of 725. TU was the only HP I got. Oh now that you mention it they do ask if your credit report is on ice so it could be that they want me to unthaw EX and EQ which I won't do. So this could very well be a denial looking at it that way.
Thanks for the info. I have seen SP for identify your ID. They gave a couple of question from public record to verify your ID. Everything looks good except those 8 INQs.

I don't know they conservative they are. 8 INQs might be a lot for some creditors.

No. they are not. Local Cleveland and PIttsburg bank. Just name is close to Dollar stores. Means nothing. From what I read about them. They are not good. Many horrible reviews. . But I wonder how 12njoy pulled this out of a hat.. Will check Credit pulls to see what he is looking for with them.
So its similar to Bullseye Credit Union, with their red target symbol. Which I think got copied/stolen by some other company. Can't recall who it was offhand...

DENIED. They stated that I iwould get a letter in the mail with reasons. I tried to press them for answers they basically said "It's a catch 22 situation, you need credit to get credit and you don't have enough credit". I take this to mean that they want a longer history of credit than I have and/or new account sensitive. It sounds to me like the first reason because he said to me aftewards that "you just don't have enough credit". I ihave plenty of credit, just not a long history of credit. This was system generated, as he said let me open up your application and then told me the reason in simplistic terms. I didn't even attempt a recon. Hope that helps.
