As it is sensitive information if you are going to send the documents via US Mail you might want to send the letter CMRR so that it is tracked and you get confirmation of delivery and who signed for it.
@britt585 wrote:Hi community. Havent posted in a while. I used the FNBO prequailfy tool and they came back with two offers both $15,000... I couldn'y believe my eyes. So I pulled the trigger and it comes back with 7-10 message.. omg.. So I called and rep says wait for letter will expalin next steps.. I've been looking on myfico to see what this means. Praying for an approval. Anyone else have this experience?
I have had great success with them. I have some posts on here that explain it..cause it's a bit of a long story but in the end, I was able to secure $19,600 of credit in about 2 months. They are a little prehistoric there so just be patient. They're a decent bunch indeed.
thanks. I will keep everyone updated.....
Quick update... I just got the security hold lifted & my card is being sent out in 7-10 business days. My limit is $6300.
congrats . may I ask why they placed a hold?

They said they couldn't verify my address as I just moved here two months ago. I had the same issue when I applied in Aug-Sep. I applied this time & was instantly approved so I don't understand fully but thankfully it's all cleared up now.

I got my acceptance less than 2 days after faxing info over. Better than snail mail.
Do you still have the fax number? I am running into the same thing, got the letter in the mail asking for POI, DL, and SSN to be mailed back in the enclosed envelope. I am a bit hesitant about sending that information through the mail. Thank you.

I don't have the number anymore (I believe I shredded it after I got the card in the mail). I called in and told customer service I would like to fax over the information they were asking for and she gave me the number. I told her that I applied for their Evergreen card and they were asking for my w2s, social security and identification. Said I would rather fax the info than send it through the mail and asked if they had a fax number so I can send the documents to so it can be reviewed.
