I got my acceptance less than 2 days after faxing info over. Better than snail mail.
Do you still have the fax number? I am running into the same thing, got the letter in the mail asking for POI, DL, and SSN to be mailed back in the enclosed envelope. I am a bit hesitant about sending that information through the mail. Thank you.

Alternate option - you can also ask customer service for the loan analysts email. Scan and email your documents. That's what I did after my fax was lost in cyberspace.

Question for you, once you emailed them how long did it take for you to hear back? My app has been pending for quite a while, I finally got the letter requesting the information yesterday evening and just emailed the documents over. Just wondering how long I should be expecting to wait before I hear back? This and Citi are the two longest applications processes I've dealt with for a credit card. Hoping it works out in the end.

@KanesInferno YEMV but it seems to depend on whether you have provided all they need. In my case it took 2 business days. On June 16, I submitted two forms of address verifcation. The UW responded the following morning to let me know he could only accept one and gave me options of what I could use as an alternate. Emailed that document to him within the hour. I received the approval email the following evening, June 18. Good luck !

Great, thanks! With Monday being a holiday I'm sure it'll delay it a day or two on my end but expecting say 2-4 days is much better than my initial another 7-10 days thought (especially since this app has already been taking so long). Appreciate the reponse, here's hoping I find out mid next week!
EDIT: That was fast! Just an approval email! I have no idea of CL or APR, I'd call but every time I do it's a 25-30 minute hold. So, I'll just wait until the card arrives to find out lol. Excited for the approval!

@KanesInferno Congratulations! You can check your application status online for the CL. Unfortunately it does not provide the APR.

There's a section for personal and business, both worked for me.
Looks like they re-applied a few weeks later and received approval and card.
