Well darn. I sent a secure message to product change one of my Chase card to the Freedom Unlimited and they would not process a product change. Told me "you may obtain a Chase Freedom Unlimited card by filling out a new application...." In my opinion, this message was saying it would be automatically approved. However, I received a message that the application will have to be reviewed and that can take 7-10 days. Very disappointed. Now am concerned that they will do a hard pull, which I wanted to avoid. What a fool I was.
Looking from your signature, you cant PC co-branded cards like AARP. I dont have any experience with business credit cards, but i assume the same goes for them too. You can only ask chase to PC a Freedom, CS, CSP or Slate to another in house card.
That message basically said apply for the card and see what happens. I have several chase credit cards and I always receive a pending message. Did you call the status line to see if you got the 2 week, 30 day or 7 to 10 day message from the robo lady?
I agree to call the status line and see what it says. The 2 week message on the status line is usually an approval.
the 2 week message has never let me down! here is the number

So, how did it go?
The secure message was simply inviting you to apply, not saying it would be approved. Without pulling your credit, they'd have no way to tell you whether you would be approved or not.
Hope it works out though!
