This might be an inconvenience for you but if theres a local branch in your area I would walk in and have a representative verify your identity with them by phone. They can clear the matter up within a couple minutes. Had to go through some verification hoops with Sapphire. Sorry things arent moving along as quickly as they should. Chase can be....a little difficult on occasion

I agree. A rep at a local branch actually helped me out during my freedom application. I was denied online and the lady at the branch saved my life lol
