Macy's CLI Denied

I've had my Macy's store card for a few months now, I started with a $500 limit and received a SP increase of $7,500 last month. 

Applied for another CLI and received no soup. Here's the letter reasoning and my FICO scores for Equifax. I only have 2 inquiries.
