Anyone have experience with online CLI requests? The Macys online account & CS are the worst. I'm not confident that the request even went through despite the fact it worked for the store card about a week ago. The automated phone system doesn't provide the CL on either card and the SM keeps giving me an error message I'm using unauthorized characters! EO is no better, "the mailbox is full"!
My store card is $10K, my AmEx is currently $1500 but, I requested $20K
Just use the backdoor number in the thread, the online request takes forever to be reviewed. I have a 25k store and a 5k amex, hoping for it to be the other way around eventually. GL!
I don't have their BD number but, also don't want to risk another HP, they did one for the store card CLI last week

That number is a direct line to their credit dept, and ive always gotten a US csr.
The Macy's /Bloomingdale's Am Ex department is in Ohio.
"still being reviewed, we'll contact you"? I didn't press it cuz I don't want another HP. I had one last week for the store card and haven't seen another for AmEx, YET.
Still no word on the Macy's AmEx CLI since Monday, 11/30/15. I suppose DSNB/Citi has different guidelines although I just had the store card increased from $7.5K to $10K & HD, doubled from $5K to $10K

They give INSTANT cli's. Now unfortunately via hp.They ran Eq on me. You can call them now to get the scoop.
