Minimum score for AMEX?

Did he/she get the card? I got PRG/EDP in that order with EX 647. I did not do the 50k because I didn't know about it. sadlife. Anyway, Let us know please

LOL I was planning on apping this weekend, wanted my report to update before I pull the trigger.

I just got approved for the AmEx ED on 02/15. My scores are in my siggy, obviously they are the ones from the 11th. They pulled EX for me and EX only.. I wish I had apped for 2 cards.. didn't think of it.. Though at the time and still, I'm planning on a CSP with Chase so I didn't want to take any chances.

Ok guys here is a update... Called EX and they had said they removed the security freeze from my account.

Then went online and applied for the PRG for 50K bonus.

Application then said, "sorry we can't give you a descision right now we'll let you know 10-14 days". Called the application status number for AMEX and they said the app is in progress and is being looked at by another team and to check back tomorrow morning with a updated results if nobody from there office doesn't contact me first.

Not really sure if this is a approval or not.

Has anybody had this happen to them?

Could be due to 2 things 

This sounds like verification which I'm leaning towards due to the fact you were told its with another team and check back....because your call was with UW and if denied they would have simply told you 

Or

EX hadn't lifted the freeze fast enough which means they'll try again 

I still think your good so hang in there

Update... I was declined ... Main reason was too many INQs in and too many in last 12 months. Also new credit card open to recently and collection to recent.

Not sure if it's worth a recon? I know AMEX is hard with them anyway and also might be another HP.
