I would respectfully disagree with Skigirl. I have found them to be Inquiry Sensitive, New Account Sensitive, Too much available credit Sensitive.
So far I have a savings with them. Scores at times of application(s) for credit cards: 738-752 (The scores provided on their site) My FICO 08s have been 720-800 during the same time period.
Some people have had good luck NASA, however, I am not one of them. Also, there are cases where people have also had pretty severe CLDs happen.
IMO better places to look than NASA

Agree with this. They are VERY skittish with any negatives on file. I got a card during the soft-pull deal a couple of years ago, but have not been impressed.
Their website is way user-unfriendly, points/rewards are pffft, so I just use the card for a tank of gas every few months.
I must be one of the lucky ones. I have had my account for about a year and have been very happy with them. I also have a savings account there.

IF there was such a thing as "one million percent" I would use that to agree with this post. Since there's not, I agree 100%
Keep in mind NASA has changed alot in the last 6 months from their very lose UW standards when the craze was around a year and a half ago. They still work for some, but harder to get into now and obviously have shut alot of peoples accounts down as well in the last several months. It could be as simple as people not using the cards much if at all and getting alot of new credit, not sure.. They are deffinetly harder to get in than they were prior to sub-par scores this is for sure.
Well ill keep them around for the free fico score
NASA requires you to be 2 years post d/c with rebuild history to look at.
