Does anyone know how long Navy Fed takes to report my new limit to the credit bureaus? Will they report it when my next statement comes around?
I'd like to say when next statement come around. I'm due for a new card to report after it didnt report on first statement. And I'm waiting on a new CLI to report as it was recieved after last statement cut. I'll be able to confirm in a few days... statement cuts tomorrow.

Great, please report back!

In my experience, yes.
FYI regarding Checking Line of Credit DP:
I have been a Navy member since 11/2019. In 2020, got the Covid 500 CLOC which was the max you could get and no option for CLI. I just read on another post that they now have a 3K max limit on CLOC for non-service members. I decided to see if I could get my CL increased for the CLOC.
I did have to start a fresh application as if I was applying for the first time. They asked how much I wanted and gave a drop-down in 500-dollar increments. I went for 3K since that was what I read the max was. No sooner than I clicked "enter", I started getting "pings" from all credit monitoring sites that there had been a new HP on TU.
Good news was that I was approved for 3K PLUS the original 500 that was my original limit for a total of 3500.
So I'm glad to have increased the limit -- a bit surprised since I have been on a bit of an app spree lately and had 3 fresh HPs from a couple of weeks ago on TU alone.
Just figured I would post this in case others were in the came boat of the Covid-500 CLOC and to let them know that they could get it increased at this point -- as long as they don't mind the HP.
FWIW -- the interest rate (while it was considered horrible in 2020) is still the same despite all the credit card companies having raised their rates (including my Navy CCs). Granted, no grace period but still!
I'll be applying for the NSecured after my BK7 discharge in early July 2023. Obviously YMMV, but if I put the $200 minimum vs $500 I see most people start with, does this amount impact getting the seemingly standard $2,000 conversion to the CashRewards? I have not seen this answered and am very curious. Thanks!

No it does not. The minimum $200 would yield the same result of $2,000 at graduation. I started at $200, then added $300 later for a TCL of $500. Graduated to the $2,000 cashRewards, then product changed to the moreRewards Amex a few days later. (Took me 20-21 months to graduate. YMMV.)
