I was only able to get to this page in incognito mode, and was pre-approved for the card I hope to upgrade my BCE to in a few months (BCP) so I didn't accept. But the BCP has never showed up in the pre-approval thing when I'm logged in. Weird. I got an email reminding me to go ahead and accept so I went to the page and withdrew my application. I hoe that doesn't screw up anything in the future.
Edit to add: The preapproval did not mention limit or APR.
