Ok...so I called. First I spoke to a very nice Rep who transfered me to his manager. She was also very pleasant. I explained to her the situation in detail. As she was entering all the info into the computer she had seen that there was already a report started regarding this. So apparently my email to the CEO did get his attention! I didn't think it had because I didn't here back. So she said to give it a few days and I should hear something. At this point, I'm very happy with how quickly he was on it and fairly confident that it will work out in my favor.

Just an update. Received a call this morning from Cap1 executive office. Explained the situation at which time she submitted the request for a manual review. Now I have my fingers crossed.

Still have not received the increase so I am assuming the I was denied. I called on the 4th day and they said to expect a letter in the mail. Kinda strange, every other time I applied and was denied I was able to view the document on my online acct.

I talked to her on the 17th when she was gonna do the manual request. ..now it's the 29th and I have yet to hear anything. ....idk

Do you mind sharing what happened with your request and perhaps what actions have happened since then ?

Sure. I'd be glad to...around the 4.5 month mark I hit the luv button and was increased to 1500...after the 6th statement. ...another 500! So now I'm @ 2000...very cool!
