Question about AMEX PC

Hi all, 

 

I have the delta blue card and want to get the gold, if I hit request upgrade on site is that a hard pull?

I just upgraded Delta Gold to Reserve and no hard pull. I think if it offers the upgrade button is just a reissue. Keeps same account number just the exp date and cvv change. 

Langley FCU VS, Amex Delta Plat, Avianca Vuela VS, WingsFCU VS, Amex ED, DiscoverIt Miles, TD Cash VS, BBVA Compass VS, Citi AA, Amex PRG, Paypal MC, Chase Amazon Prime VS, Amex Platinum, Walmart MC, Amex Delta Gold, Citi DC, Penfed Promise VS, First Prem (soon to go), Credit One X 2, (soon to go) CapOne QS (oldest gotta keep), Cheapoair store card, Starting 6/2016 all mid 500's with no credit, Today post big spree (3-22-18. EQ 726, EX 724, TU 753) with approx 80K in TL. Goal 750 across the board by Jun 2018. Now - in the garden for sure :-)
