Question for Credit Addict and Toyota Rewards Visa

I noticed in some threads a while back that you had a Toyota Rewards Visa, but I'm not sure if you still have it or SD because they wouldn't credit line increase you.  You said something that they required payment in full every month for a year before they would CLI you.

Anyways....when you app'd for this card ....did you get instant approval or did you have to wait>?

I app'd for this card on Sunday morning and didn't get instant approval.  It's still pending as of today and I don't know if I should call in to ask or verify anything.  I only app'd for this card since I had a mailer that explicitly states that I"m pre-approved and the offer is only good til Dec 2, 2014.  They are offering 0% for 18 months and then 18.99%

I got the 7-10 message with the phone # 8668657757 to check on status and it's still pending

This was a joint account with my mother many years ago and it just showed up after like 2 weeks.

We closed the account after I think maybe 2 years and no CLI and 3-4 HP's trying to get CLI's in that time.

I think we may have been borderline approvals so we got stuck in a low tier because I have seen many people get $25k limits on a lexus card and have no issues with them but I guess i have not really seen many talk about CLI's because they started so high and didn't really use the card but back when I had it I used it as my go to every day card so $1300 made me mad!

I tried to get a new card on my own a couple months back and was denied.

Who knows....I called and spoke with a "cheerful" rep who said everything looks good and it's just going through it's final verification stages.  She didn't need any other information from me.        Swell
