Ah, ok. Strange. Thanks.
I figured if it was covered, (number/name) it'd be alright. Noobies have to learn, I guess.

That's why I asked you to PM me a link to it.
I'd definitely call them and request a replacement. That card looks nothing like the real Journey card as you saw.

Yea, I might have to ask for executive since the reps didn't know what they were talking about, even when i explained my situation... You were right about their CS (so far). Haha. Regretting opening this card already.

Mostly? Their reps are unempowered.
@JamesB95 wrote:I received my Capital One Journey today. I was expecting it to look like the image on their site: red, big Journey letters but it's the opposite. It is blue and VERY flimsy/thin.
This is a question for those who have had a Journey. Was your card arrival like this? A blue card pretty much blank saying Capital One at the top right and then VISA PLATINUM on the bottom right? Also, was your card easily bendable?
Mine does not say VISA PLATINUM.
It is just VISA on the card. ( although it is Visa Platinum originally MTV Visa-discontinued to Journey )
It is see through maroon with Cap One logo on upper right and Journey written in the middle.
The numbers and name are all black and not easily readable.
Oh, just like your siggy pic to be exact.. never mind.
My discover card is thicker and firmer than any of my other credit cards. Almost looks like they tried to make it look like a fake metal card.
My Cap 1 plat is a normal card, the quicksilver is thinner and looks paperish, dont have a journey though. I am guessing its like the quicksilver card.
I wonder if you got a different version if they even do that? My quicksilver one is different from my wifes quicksilver one. Both thin and flimsy but mine is a flat dark grey hers is a gray metal finish. (colors look similar except shes got silvery shine like metal on hers)
