You should have received an email from them if you weren't auto approved with a link to check the status. I guess you could try calling their regular customer service to check on it.

This is the phone number to check the status but they are no help and will just tell you to wait for he letter as in my experience

I agree. Same thing happened to me. Waited a few days and then called CS. Only message I got was the app was still in processing and I'll get a letter in a few days. It's been at least 5 bus days.
