They do have a website (Synchrony - Synchrony (syf.com))you can access to verify your identity. At least with the Apple Card they recommend you use your cell phone to verify your identity.
Best of Luck!!
@Anonymous - just to clarify, the Apple Card is not serviced or managed by Synchrony Bank. It is issued by Goldman Sachs.

I have had this issue with Sync before on cli requests despite having multiple Sync cards. Sync uses trend data and are known to Lexis Nexus which I think messes up a lot peoples chances at instant identity verification. If their info is off from what you give it might cause the unable to verify, in a way protecting you but at same time agonizing a legit inquiry/applicant. Just a thought.
Synchrony has nothing to do with the Apple Card???

@phoenix12 - it really depends where the verification process failed. Please be sure all reports are unfrozen including SageStream and LN to ensure verification can be successful.
For reference, you can check out this thread for guidance. The member who provided their experience was able to eventually get verified/approved.
