Called the number on the card today, transferred to retentions after asking about APR reduction. 1.25% reduction on Aviator (open 12/14), nothing on NFL (12/14) or Rewards (10/13). No mention of soft/no-pull CLI on any, was my first time calling in.

djshifted, did you ask about a credit limit increase or just rate reduction? I've asked them about cli everytime
I only asked about the rate reduction. I ended up applying for the Wyndham card on Saturday, and had a CLI done with the same HP. That was actually interesting, I called after getting the 7-10 day message and they said I had to reallocate the limit from another card to open it. Called later that night and they were able to increase it by $2500 (which is what I asked for, possibly could have gotten more).
I attempted calling this evening 3 times. 1st rep. transferred me to one of her colleagues who eventually admitted to lying by stating he was an Account Specialist. 2nd. rep. told me it was impossible to transfer me to APR/retentions department unless a special workflow or prompt appeared on the account. I asked to speak with a supervisor. Supervisor stated they cannot transfer my call because it will count against the employee as an "invalid" transfer and that is something she cannot control. As a courtesy the managet offerred me 0% APR on all purchases until June 2016.
They put up a "brick wall" for the Retentions Deparment. I guess I will try again in a few months.
It's been 2 months since I've called for a rate reduction and SP CLI on my Rewards card. Nothing was available then so I called again today. Nothing again. And I give the card a LOT of use. The most use of any of my cards. I wonder if I've reached the limit for now. April 23rd will make a year since my last CLI on this card.

I've called the number on the back of my card twice, and spoken to the CSR and asked about APR reduction, but they never transferred me either time, and the CSR looked into the APR reduction herself and both times said I couldn't have a reduction since I was still in my 0% promo. Am I doing something wrong?
I don't think so...it could just be that the 0% over-writes any other offers and so they are unable to give you a reduction if a reduction is in place, even if it is temporary. IDK. Just my guess. Lol does not hurt to call every 2-3 months though.
