I'm 2 days past my 6th statement and no cli on my Apple card. I called on Thursday and they didn't show a SP cli and said they couldn't tell me if the system was gonna give me an automatic increase or for how much. My Rewards was instant when the 6th statement hit.
I was approved for the Barclaycard VISA with Apple Rewards in November 2015. On Wednesday, March 23, 2016, I called in for an APR reduction and the Specialist told me yes, there was an offer for an APR reduction, and she also said, "By the way, I see you have an offer for a SP CLI, would you like to accept it? I said, of course. So, my APR went from 27.24 down to 23.24 and my $2000 CL went to $2500. I was kind of surprised and although the CLI was small, at least it was an HP.
still alive. just to add here ~ 4/5/16 got sp cli, apr reduced and addt'l offer.

Wow! That's awesome...more people need to try for that here.
Adding a negative data point.
6 months since my last APR reduction and CLI, I didn't get either offers today.
However I got the info from the account specialist, whom I was transferred to by the front line CSR.
I think my FICO has plateaued at the 760-780 range, and unless there is a significant jump, I don't see any further raises. I may have also hit some ceilings.
Declared income : $55k (though starting this year I am filing jointly so maybe I need to change it. Will see later).
Current limit : $12k
Average monthly spend : $300 (no wonder they are not falling over backwards to give me a CLI, especially since my scores have flatlined for a few months now).
Total available credit : $150k +.
Edited to add: it's a Sallie Mae Mastercard. Platinum.

I got it on my Apple card last week, which was my 7th statement. I believe the 6 statement does not include your very first statement as it is usually a short statement. So i got my auto cli after 6 FULL statement period. Now this week will be my Rewards MC's 7th statement. I am hoping for an aut cli on that one too. Wait a little more and see what happens when your next statement cuts off. Good Luck, and keep us posted!

I don't think it plateaus like that. The passage of time, along with aging of oldest account, aging of average age of accounts, and periods of time without any inquiries, all will keep your score going up.
