Anyone know which of the three CRA Barclay's uses? Or if they pull all three? Just trying to arm myself for this recon I know I will have to do once I apply LOL.
Almost guaranteed TU.
Shoot I was hoping anything but that LOL. But thanks for the response!

What card were you looking to get, if you don't mind my asking? Also, what is your TU score?
I went ahead and tried it and was declined. Recon was unsuccessful. Sigh. I guess I'll take my hurt feelings back to my little garden

Try not to fret too much.
Barclays easily can be described as a spoiled sport and i find they can be a weenie because of overly conservative ways but their denials have only helped advanced my own credit profile by forcing me to turn to other lenders to build with. Their loss not ours.

Ya know what? Your comment just instantly made me feel better so thank you very much for that pep talk! I hope that my TU score doesn't take a huge hit from the wasted inquiry. They're reasoning was that they needed to see longer positive history. But I've had my Discover card for 14 years! And the two 30 day later I had when I was unemployed were more than a year ago. I thought that would be good enough for the "fair" credit card.
