bofa cli recon

so i called earlier to see if they can add another 900 to my better balance reward card and make it 10000 from 9100 base on my old report that they pulled yesterday for my cash reward card. and he said if i want to add it he would have to do another hard pull. so is that right? or should i call in again?

That's the same sentiment I got.  I think BoA is very aggressive with HPs.

I would not let them do another HP for 900,

My experience has always been that BofA would use a hp on file for 30 days if you wanted to recon a computer CLI.

did you call backdoor and they ccouldn't find or said they wouldn't use that report?
