Has anyones state of "limbo" exceeded 3 weeks? That's the longest I've heard of so far. I'm at about 2.5 weeks now, so I'm sort of hoping the end (whatever THAT is) is near at this point...
I just put in an App.
I want to comment on the TD Bank part of the pervious comments.
TD Bank does not have any Credit Card employees in Georiga, where it appears the UW/Vefi/etc. is taking place. Instead at this time TD Bank hires a third party company based in Columbus, GA to handle all the Credit Card work (UW/Vefi/TD Card Services calls, etc.). In the future TD wants to do everything inhouse with TD Bank Employees actually doing everything. I'm not saying the guys down in Columbus is bad or anything (they do good work), just TD believes in doing a lot of things inhouse.
Blispay is using that company based in Columbus, GA to assist them with their cards. Also, TD Bank themselves does not have any reslationship with Blispay.
Soure: I work for the Bank.
Fun fact:
TD Card Services and Synovus Credit Card website have the same page layout, that is what the company in GA does for their clients.

I had a feeling TSYS was handling Blispay's clients.

Weird cause when I spoke with one of the people at Blispay believe in credit she verified that TD had a role in it and ended call saying thatnks for calling TD card services or something to that extent. Are you saying TD has zilch to do with blispay in any fashion? I looked up the fax # I faxed to and it was TSYS or TD bank or something as well. Does TSYS do work for TD Bank? Sorry a bit confused
TSYS has thousands of employees that handle other financial institution's clientele. That includes bill collections, fraud department, card manufacturing and technical support.
fwiw, one time while the CSR was saying goodbye i think heard her say 'thank you for calling citicard services'. another time, i was asked what card was i calling about(?). caught me off-guard.
Would be funny if they denied me this card. Did some digging on my Experian report.
Experian rundown on my Credit report per their website:
Fico 8 Score 767
So on Tuesday I was told I'd have an answer, likely within 24 hours. It's Saturday and I have received no email (answer). I've been out of town on vacation all week so Monday morning I'll be calling them again, which will put me at the 3 week mark of limbo. Updates to follow as always! ![]()
i applied for the Blispay Visa exactly 7 days ago, was told to call them, i did and they asked me some questions and told me in 7 to 10 business days they should have an answer for me, i'm not sure if i'm going to get it because i have from 30 to 37 hard inquiries between my 3 credit records.....![]()
I had 20 on EX when they pulled mine. You'll be fine.
