If it were not for these forums, I would not have been able to do what I accomplished.

7/28: Care Credit - $1500 to $4500

7/31: my bank's Signature Visa through Elan - $3850 to $5800

10/14: Home Depot - $500 to $2000

10/20: Care Credit - $4500 to $13500 (requested 15k, got countered with 13.5)

10/21: Discover - $21000 to $24000.

I wanted to go for the gold, and try another CLI with my Visa. The first one was over the phone with a SP. I tried online this time, but got the following message:

If anyone has requested a CLI through Elan on myaccountaccess dot com, can you confirm this is indeed a HP?

ELAN is typically HP, phone or online request.   There's rare instances where an account could qualify for SP (special offer or promotion) but YEMV.
