I received a curious letter in the mail from American Express that suggested they were interested in increasing my Amex ED credit line. This was a really surprising letter because I just got a SP CLI on my SPG a few weeks ago and this letter was sent after that. I went ahead and bit because I was curious what kind of CLI I would get after receiving a letter inviting me to discuss one, and sure enough, I got a SP CLI that doubled my ED credit line from $2000 to $4000. I have no idea what provoked this, as I have not put a single charge on this card in almost three months, but oh well, lol.
Congrast on your CLI!
Congrats on both of the cli's then. One thing, I do not think that many of of will every completely understand how and why the credit card companies decide to give increases.
