Oohh i remember reading that some card issuers removed it from their PP awhile back but now that you mentioned it, i cant remember if it was Amex or not. I will know once my new Aspire PP arrives in the mail. Either way I think all the perks is well worth the 450 AF.
The OP signature is showing his Aspire limit. I think as long as it is not 1k you should be able to get some CLI. Go for 3x, if they dont approve you can hit the back button and redo.

@kudosalert I got my HH Aspire in the mail today but didn't see any information on how to sign up for the PP. Do you know how to set it up?
go to your online account, under "benefits". once you enroll, your PP will come in the mail after 7-10days.
