Wow! Congrats ! I too have the stash and care credit. I have the exact same starting line for stash! I'm waiting on my card to come to request an increase. I requested increase the same night I was approved and they denied it. Anyway, thank you for posting!

One thing I've learned from my applications and approvals is to not assume anything when an application needs further review instead of resulting in an instant approval.

A lot of people on here tell stories about how a "pending" or "7-10 days" message is the start of a long, arduous campaign to get more credit. Phone numbers to call, tactics to use, things to recite verbatim. It's easy to get the idea that every "further review" message is going to be a denial unless you prepare for battle.

In practice, unless you actually are going for 17 new accounts in six months, it's often the case that a rather uninterested clerk just needs to check some mundane detail.
