Nice going! I don't use my Discover card a whole lot. Other than a higher credit limit, what do you get from running much money through it?

Well, Discover is actually my preferred card unless I've got other offers going on (like currently with 10K Sallie Mae bonus). I've gotten several bonus spend promotions on my Discover that give me additional $20 and $50 cashback in the past year and few months I've had it. I am also signed up for the double cashback promotion through July of next year. Of all my cards, thus far, Discover has given me the best experience, so I am happy to run all my expenses through them!
**All of this is obviously in addition to their base reward structure! I have definitely benefitted from most of the quarterly bonuses so far and I will again when buying Xmas presents this December! ![]()

And you won't. The most on any card in the forum. Saw was a 95k capital one card. Combined limit. Most extreme high limits 50k per card. But to answer you. Yes it's possible. High income with excellent profile
Thanks for posting this, Shoo. I was curious if I could get mine to 20k for utilization purposes. Even though I normally pay in full, my spend is about 4k a month. A larger CLI would allow me to not worry about paying before the statement posts. I love my Discover for exactly the reasons you just posted. I was hating it when I had to meet spend on other cards. if you don't mind sharing, what was your initial CL on this card? I started at 6k and I'm at 17k now. I've had the card for about 7 months.

Wow! 11K in 7months is amazing! I received my card in May 2014 with an initial SL of 2.5k.
