BECU Cash Back Card Approved! SL $20,000. Questions about next steps

I was conditionally approved today for the BECU Cash Back card with a SL of $20,000. No POI or other docs required. I live in TX and joined by donating to the GoWest Foundation.

My Vantage 3.0 scores are lower 

I have a few questions:

1. Does BECU offer virtual credit card numbers? I want to use the card for a bill due on Jan. 21, but I don't think I'll receive the card in time.

2. Should I apply for the other credit card and/or a personal loan? I'd use the other card for a balance transfer and the personal loan for debt consolidation and home improvements. Will applying for another card, a personal loan, or both require POI and other docs? Does it make a difference if I apply online or call?

3. I read that they use the same pull if you call, but I prefer the easiest route. What are the disadvantages of having 2 hard pulls?

I have always applied for additional cards or lines of credit after a hard pull by chat and always had great results. With your scores aboved 700, you should be able to get the $10,000 Checking Line Of Credit and it shows on your account within an hour of being approved.
